New Jersey's 'en banc' appeal denied by court

New Jersey Governor Chris Christie had his appeal to have a rehearing in the state's sportsbetting case denied by the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals Friday, reports John Brennan of NorthJersey.com.

Per the article:



The decision leaves Christie and New Jersey one last chance with the sports betting law, which is an appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court. The appeal would have to filed within 90 days of Friday's decision.

Thats fine! We will continue to ship our money else where into foreign companies accepting us players action. Thats the GOV't loss. Not ours. People will find action else where!!
