I find the Mirage a good value based on hotel quality and strip location.
I've stayed at the Hard Rock numerous times in the summer for practically nothing (less than $50 a night). Their pool is really nice, and I leave Vegas with decent music in my head as opposed to slot machine noises...

Deadlifts are my favorite exercise. I prefer to go heavy as hell in sets of 1-3 reps. They're pretty taxing on the CNS so I would recommend only doing them once a week and I try to separate them by a few days from doing squats. On leg day, I like doing RLDLs for my hamstrings. My record for a standard deadlift is 505 lbs when I weighed 205 lbs

I have not stopped lifting but man, the workouts suck with that constant pain.. I've had the same problems. Take it easy until the pain subsides. When you bench, don't flare out your elbows, tuck them and it puts less stress on them. In the rep range you're in, you'll burn a decent amount of calories. If you start to see you're losing strength (which is likely since you're losing weight), try lifting heavy. I lift in the 4-6 rep range to preserve strength. This also means that I need to do cardio to burn calories (which sucks), but I do keep my strength.

I have the Move. The Fight Lights out is great. You will need 2 controllers though.

Tech grad here. I concur that this is not a good spot for Tech. I see a 38-17 type game...

In that case, Victory should be fairly easy to find. Also Southern Tier IPA is really good (brewed in NY).

Raison D'etre is made with raisins. Aprihop is made with apricots. These beers are expected to be sweet. What area do you live in? Titan by Great Divide, Hop Wallop by Victory, Centennial by Founders are all IPAs that you might enjoy more |

I had a Razr for almost 4 years and decided to get a Droid. Obviously it's a huge upgrade for me. The screen is huge, the sound is good, plenty of good apps (google sky map is awesome). The only negative is the zoom isn't that great and I'm still trying to get tversity to work.

I don't think VT will be able to run all over UNC.

What you're doing sounds reasonable. I would try to limit simple sugar like sucrose (if that's what the carbs in the "carb bar" come from, and instead take in carbs from other forms of sugar such as fructose (fruit) or preferably maltodextrin.
When I'm not trying to gain weight, I limit carbs to only breakfast, pre and post workout. I do eat oatmeal (plain) mixed with a scoop of whey protein about an hour or two before working out. That gives me good energy for the workout. After working out, I have another scoop of whey with maltodextrin (carbo gain). That allows me to recover quick so I can workout more often. |

I never got very good gains on my arms until I did them on their own day. I used to do back/biceps and chest/triceps, but those arm muscles were usually wasted from the compound movements and had no strength left for iso lifts at the end.

Currently lifting 6 days a week (bulking). I've been able to recover and gotten a lot stronger, but I'm eating like a horse.
