I am a Husker homer but Sparty did not own Neb last yr. yes they won by 13 but Huskers were with them in a tight game until mid 4th Q. Sparty ran a fake FG and then finished drive for a TD to win going away. Huskers had 5 turnovers (one of which was a gift botched snap on their own 2 yard line). I'm not saying Huskers cover but to say they were owned last yr is simply incorrect. It is not even arguable that Neb is better both defensively and offensively then last yr, so you would have to question if Mich St is better as well

All of you that are making comparisons on the Bronco/SD game have to realize that they are divisional foes and it was the 3rd time they had played this year. Go check NE losses. Divisional foe losses to JETS and Dolphins (should have been twice). Obviously a familiarity factor needs to be accounted for. As much as New England should be praised for their year and what they have accomplished; obviously their coaching is superior, I just don't see how they can overcome the Broncos on the road with a running back rotation (one who was ran out of Tampa Bay) and a WR core of virtual no-namers. Bottom line when its do or die I'm taking the team with better skilled players at home. Broncos will look at film of how they absolutely worked NE on the road for a half and learn from there meltdown. Vegas is begging you take Pats, and the squares will oblige and Vegas will keep building big beautiful buildings

Again I am confused at this line- Vegas must hate the state of Iowa this wk. historically this game has always been close. Historically K-st has had a much better team than Iowa st. I like the clones in this one as they have the talent to keep this game within a TD and possibly win outright if a few things go there way

Sky is falling in Lincoln. Pelini gets out coached by interim coaches so no reason to think Fitzgerald is any lesser. Really like how NW matches up and QB mobility will give Neb young defense fits. No reason to believe Cats can't win this (as they did in Lincoln last time).

This spread was a bit surprising to me. Have to think this will be an old fashioned slug fest with the score being very close until the end. I like the 8.5 and Iowa at home

Why would BYU overlook Boise? I'm pretty sure Boise is to the west as Bama is to the south; everyone wants to piss pound.

Kansas is so god awful but have a feeling they sneak out this cover as TCU may lack the offensive firepower to absolutely hammer the Hawks. TCU wins 30-10

Nhenley, you clearly don't know what you are talking about. NDSU is not horrible and they could beat many BCS schools if given the opportunity. Winning the last 2 FCS championships and currently ranked #1 does not quite constitute being horrible. Now is Baylor a better team? Of course. It's called college football where you rely on 18 year old kids that just sometimes lack the discipline to be prepared on any given week. Obviously KSt would love a mulligan. With all that said I'm not sure how KSt can hang with Baylor as fore mentioned but I also thought that last wknd on the road in Stillwater

Stevopa, I could tell you I have seen Missouri play way more than you have, but than again you are certainly a black and gold follower for life; that's why you lose money. Never bet with your heart. Sorry my quality of analysis isn't wowed by Missouris offensive stats coming from the likes of Murray St, Toledo, Indiana, Arkansas St, and Vandy. I was only trying to convey that stats aside do I think Georgia is better than Missou? Yes. I think they are better by double digits and at home. Sorry I ruffled your Missouri feathers.

Sounds as if Martinez is out for this wknd which I agree with the above post; Armstrong makes the Huskers a better team. I fell for the Purdue at home NIU trap. Purdue got shredded up on defense. Not sure how this game wouldn't be much of the same

In my opinion this is a perfect storm for a big Georgia cover. Coming off the Tennessee scare and banged up equals a steal with the line under dbl digits. I do not see Missouri able to stay with a very good Bulldog team at home. The quality of opponents is not debatable. Reality will strike for mizzou

Mizzou might have circled this game but they simply aren't good to beat Vandy on a neutral, site. Vandy is tough to beat at home and will win this game

Nebraska sucks but as weird as this sounds they are much better with Tommy Armstrong at QB. There is a lot of pressure on the Def and coming off a BYE I expect them to be much more organized. To me this is an easy cover as I see Neb winning by 3 TD's. disagree with the over call fellas, Nebraska will put up points but I don't think Illini will score as much as you would think

Fellas, Texas has to have some fortunate red zone turnovers to preserve the win against K-st ( a team that had previously lost at home to North Dakota State). That was a must win, night game at home. I was not impressed. Texas is not a very good football team regardless of who is playing QB. Now I concede the Cyclones aren't good either but iMO this line is too high and you have to take the points and for a sneaky play Clones ML

UCLA has a better QB, a better team, and a better coach. Only way Bruins don't cover is if they show up non-motivated and sleepwalking. I truly feel Mora is too good of a coach to let that happen. Don't over think this one, Bruins will pull away in 2nd half and win by double digits

Does anyone feel having Braxton back may actually hurt the Buckeyes? Offense seems to be cruising right now with Guiton. Sounds absurd because Braxton is a stud, but may be slowed from injury and not quite in fame shape. Just a thought. I do like Ohios St but Braxton playing makes me hesitant that whiskey sneaks out a cover

I agree, Cal has the ability to put some points on the board therefore I think 36 us too much. I will take my chances that Cal is good for at least 21 points and there defense can hold Oregon to less than 60.

USC is a bad football team as they struggled to beat Utah St at home. With that said there defense is solid and I have a sense they will keep this one close. I see this one being very close and would take the points even though the thought makes me vomit. Good luck

My heart would love to see the Revels hang tough as I think most of us are tired of Bama. With that said, Miss beat a Weak Vandy team (with a lucky late comeback) and a Texas team that is the worst I have seen in my lifetime. I've seen this movie before and like Bama to win handily, especially after last weeks sleep walk. Saban will have them ready to play 45-17.

Nebraska replaces a bad defense with some young talent. Remember when Suh was a sophomore- probably not because he was getting rolled. Point is I don't see how Wyoming doesn't score at least 3 TD's and Keep it within 30 points
