Old browsers like our personal freedoms are disappearing. You need to use one of the new browsers. I was able to cut and paste this URL to Microsoft Edge. Actually, I couldn't even reply here from my old browser, I don't know how Joeiz66 is doing it. |

Green Bay Packers. BTW, you can't reply using other browsers. I was frustratingly using explorer. I wish those computer eggheads would decide on one format and stick with it.

Yes, I won a $30 credit. I got an email with the code to use when purchasing the "expert" pick. I used it right away on a $30 pick and I understood that it would be emailed to me, but I never got it (yes, I checked my SPAM folder too). No big deal, I wouldn't have invested too much on it as I really don't have a lot of convidence in any "expert." I usually end up in the top 100, so why would I need an "expert." I really just wanted to win merch...or cash. It's always fun to play.

I knew that was wrong, but I hope that 201st win wasn't counted against me in the standings because it was a late Lakers game. I ended up in the 45th spot. I was really hoping to win a mug (35 - 40). |

What's going on with the site recently? When ever I click on a link I almost always get sent to this site: https://lovehasnolabels.com/ |

Just curious. Who among you lost, as I did, when C. Michigan came back with back to back to back.......TDs. And which of you were brilliant enough to pick them. I'd like a little of your luck.

I can't be certain about this, but I think BPD72 is Barack Obama. You know, "Take from the diligent and give to the oblivious."

It's a race. A race to 200 wins. That's all. If you were running a real race, finishing 2nd by a nose but had zig-zagged all over the place, you would have run faster and still lost. I've suffered thru the frustration of ties too, as I'm sure almost everyone has from time to time. Just like life, it all comes out even in the end - we all finish in the same place.

I'm curious about the first place prize. What does it all entail? How long is it and where does the winner stay? Are there extras, like betting cash or show tickets? Does it include transportation?

Correction. I did get a message. That must be what was meant by "email". I should check that message area more, I guess. There's about 20 in there.

I'm here every day, but I'm playing the Streak and league contests. Since this has been idle, I don't check it every day (especially with the NBA on hold). I guess that's the price of actually having a life. I like the RACE and even won a hat once. I never got the email notice that some of you claim - that's a little fishy. Being a week behind pretty much puts me out, but I'll give it a go.

I've enjoyed playing the race in the past (even won a prize once), but I was unaware until just now (Feb 20) that a new race was in progress. I'm at the covers site daily - I play the streak contest almost every day and covers is my source for scores (I use the hockey score page as my home page so I can go directly to it). Today I noticed a banner way to the right - probably only because I'm at 75% text sizing today because of another site I was visiting. At 100% it was always way off screen. Maybe in the future it could be placed at the top, or how about an email informing previous players.

(This Q has probably been asked a hundred times before) (sorry) I know that the money line moves with the amount bet on either side, but I'd like to know what determines the openning line in MLB. I'm sure wieght is given to the better pitcher, etc. - but how specifically. For example, the Cubs are -188 today. How was that number calculated? Thank you. |

Don't hold your breath waiting for an answer. From what I see here, this forum isn't being monitored from anyone at Covers. Unless it's those shills claiming that they got their prizes in a timely manner (hah)
