Joe Biden is the least popular President in 70 years - Below even Nixon and Carter.
in Politics Joe Biden now has a 38.7% job approval for the first quarter of 2024. With only six months left before the next Presidential election, Biden stands in a weaker position than any prior incumbent in the past 70 years as per Gallup poll. Even Nixon and Carter had higher ratings at this point. No first-term president in Gallup’s history has returned to the White House with approval numbers as low as Biden’s — whose results this quarter ranked among the worst of the post-World War II era, in the bottom 12% of all presidential quarters going back to 1945.

@spockgato Wonder who would go after Biden more, Trump or RFK Jr. in a debate. Seems few approve of what has been done to the US the past 3.5 years. |

California becomes first state to offer health insurance to all undocumented immigrants
in Politics @Raiders22 It will be tough for Ca. to continue on the path they are on. They are spending faster and more frivolously verses the current administration. Ticking time-bomb with Ca. as the money runs out just like it with with the Feds. |

🤔 Age-old political question: "Are we better off today than we were 4 yrs ago?" - This day/month in history...

Had it a few times after and not sure he was telling the truth. |

in Politics @thirdperson I think they are actually on the 10th or 11th Covid shot booster now. You up to date and ready for the next wave of Wuhan Virus that hits? As far as being better off now verses prior, not even close. Rates are crazy, energy headed way up again, food costs up 20-35% and every where I look the World is coming unraveled with wars, division and we have open borders that will haunt the Nation for decades. Nope things were so much better with the prior administration. Good luck and hope this Nation can get back on track soon.

Maxine Waters is not blowing him kisses any longer. He should get 50 years but they will knock it down to 15 as he did not roll on anyone. Imagine he has a few good stories to tell but he does not want Epsteined. Funny you hear nothing of all those Dems returning the tens of millions that bought the Senate race. |

in Politics @ABooksNightmare Yet they still vote for these people in Ca. and never learn. Matter of time till all the bridges collapse and the US will be forced to shut most programs and BS projects down. |

@thirdperson Imagine what happens when Trump gets energy costs down again and makes the tax cuts permanent. We can get back to lifting all boats and a Great America. Go America! |

@thirdperson
At some point the costs of free schooling, free healthcare, free food, free housing, social security and other costs will overwhelm budgets and the US will be forced to do something drastic. All that is needed is a 10% interest rate to close many programs down, not by choice. Inflation could get out of control with the spending that is happening. |

Maybe Joe Biden recalled his "uncle Bosie" in that press conference, that was shot down. He may also recalled a recent 'Gilligan's island" episode he watched, where they had cannibals. Biden loves to embellish a story. https://thecannibalguy.com/2021/10/31/gilligans-island/

@spockgato
Possibly what happened in that press conference was Biden was asked a military question. His mind recalled "uncle Bosie" who was shot down in a plane. He may also recalled a recent 'Gilligan's island" episode he watched, where they had cannibals. Biden loves to embellish and we all know he really likes to plagiarize. https://thecannibalguy.com/2021/10/31/gilligans-island/ Biden did say, he was at the top of his class with many scholarships. "Corn-pop was a bad dude" |

@spockgato Joe Biden really said his Uncle Bosie was eaten by cannibals. When he starts or ends the sentence with "no lie", you can usually bet it will be a Dozie story or in the case a Bosie story. Hard to imagine they let him continue in public much longer as all can see the deterioration right in front of our eyes and the pace it is happening. Each month it seems worse and cannot imagine what a debate would look like. Almost like a Fetterman type debate when he was not ready to take the stage. |
