Bears out coached at the end - how do you let the kickoff be returnable?  Dumb decision.  

Why are the bears not kicking a fg now?   They’re down 10.  They only have one time out left.  At least they’d have the 2 min warning to kill the clock once and one time out.  If they score after the 2 min - game is essentially over anyway
