This isn't golf, this is torture both to play (for them) and to watch as a spectator. All of those sloping, narrow fairways, and lopsided greens...terrible entertainment. |

One vote no. Looks like Flacco will be the Browns' starter and Pickett will be traded. Stefanski is a yes man, butt boy for owner Haslam. After a successful first year, the head coach has not been able to build on his early success. The owner's judgment is poor when it comes to football, and while the team has talent, it seems to be a rudderless ship with no captain. |

Among Sanders, Gabriel, Flacco, and Pickett, someone has to go or be on the taxi squad. I don't even like Sanders' highlight films in college and I don't see what his supporters see. He is weak armed and accurate and DBs will bust some moves and pick him IMO. |

@Silverstones Totally agree...Tomlin would say Lock doesn't have a pedigree (which is what you said, he wasn't a 1st round pick and nobody invested big money in him)...of course Mike T is a lousy judge of player talent. Tomlin sees the price of everything and the value of nothing. His day is coming though. The biggest fraud in the NFL. |

It must have been a great feeling to know that you were the best at what you did though. He always has that to hold onto no matter what happens the rest of his life. |

To compare Noll with Tomlin is complete lunacy. One turned around a franchise with a losing tradition and created a dynasty. |

@JJWoods Watson is the perfect role model for SS? If Sanders' goal is on how to fleece an NFL team and gut punch it to death, then yes, Watson is the perfect role model. I seriously wonder if you know right from wrong?

Tony Dungy is really high on Dillon Gabriel. The Browns have Pickett, Flacco, Gabriel, and SS. Looks like Watson is out with injury. Wonder which one starts in week #1??? |

On paper the Steelers had an excellent draft. Tough to know how many of these college athletes transition to the pros. They beefed up their Dline 2x, drafted a promising RB, QB, and LB. A Rodgers' announcement is forthcoming soon. They avoided the Sanders' family clown car so bravo to them!!! |

@Raiders22 A .421 postseason playoff percentage is mediocrity. An 8-11 playoff record is mediocre. No playoff wins in 8 years is beyond mediocre and pathetic considering the talent he had. In their last 5 playoff games the Steelers were outscored 73-0 after the first quarter. Tomlin's teams were unprepared and outcoached. How many Superbowls did Tomlin win with Antonio Brown, Leveon Bell, Big Ben and some very good defenses? The same number that you and I won. Tomlin's Superbowl team in 2008 had Bruce Arians as his OC and Dick Lebeau as his DC and he wasn't allowed to meddle in their game plans. When it became unbearable, they both left and Tomlin has since had a stranglehold on all football operations to the detriment of the team. Tomlin has been a lousy evaluator of QB talent since the departure of Roethlisberger. Nice try but all you are doing is vomiting back what you have heard on mainstream sports' media. Steeler Nation isn't satisfied with participation trophies. They want the only one that counts with the Lombardi name on it. |

I commend the Steelers on their #1 pick of Oregon DT Derrick Harmon. They might go either a QB, RB, or WR in the 3rd round. They traded away their 2nd in order to get DK Metcalf which was another solid move. |

@tjones1270 Brian Flores moved onto Minnesota where he has been the DC. I love the defensive approach of Brian Flores and I would hire him as a head coach...maybe. I admire him for exposing the Dolphins' ownership for their chicanery and fraudulent actions. Dennis Green was a success as a head coach with the Vikings (10 seasons) IMO. He took the Vikings to the edge of greatness and then ended his career with the Cardinals for 3 seasons. |

Tony Dungy chimed in on the Steelers' QB situation. His advice is to draft Dillon Gabriel in the first round. Dungy opines that he sees the same qualities in Gabriel that Bo Nix has. Dungy and Tomlin are tight especially since it was Dungy who pleaded Tomlin's case with the Rooney family to get the head coaching job. I doubt if MT will do as Dungy suggested though, he dances to the beat of a different drum. It is the drum of desperation. |

That Steeler offensive line will get Rodgers killed. The Vikings would be the best choice for him and he could light it up with those receivers. |

Prior to that, Tomlin was canceling his career as QB #3. I wish for Rudolph's sake that he would not have returned. Why save Tomlin from his rendezvous with destiny? IMO if the Steelers have the stones to start Rudolph, he will do surprisingly well but they won't start him. They have another plan B no doubt. |
