We've relied on immigrant labor for decades & they make up a majority of our labor in agriculture.  We should be looking in the mirror at all the lazy fuckers that generationally have been sucking off the government teat for decades. They are a bigger problem than many of these hard working immigrants. You may find yourself picking your own apples this fall. You may call it liberal bullshit but it's the reality I live in South Florida. Cashiers in our grocery stores are either Jamaican or Haitian. Lawn crews are Mexican or another Latino. They own businesses & pay their taxes like everyone else. They assimilate into our communities, buy homes & raise families. They attend our schools, participate in sports & attend churches. The immigrant boogeyman doesn't exist & you should know better brother! You're proving my point, bro. What you speak of is tbe exception to the rule. And frankly, there are plenty of Americans willing to roof if the pay is right. I did some roofing in my 20s. The guys working in construction should obtain proper visas. And they should be given a path to citizenship. As citizens, they should be able to bring families. The bullshit narrative is that the majority of illegals are doing construction or working at the local grocer. They aren't.
