Still no Pau Gasol for the Lakers in this one, so I'm interested as to what type of game this becomes. The Lakers would more than likely favor a slightly slower game style where they can allow Kobe to do his thing and take control on the offensive side. The problem on the other end for the Lakers is that they don't have anyone that matches up really well with some key Warriors players. Baron Davis should be able to go off in this one, as well as Stephen Jackson. Much like the Pistons game, I like the Lakers in this one to come out really strong.

Los Angeles (48-21) hasn't lost to the Warriors (42-26) at home since a 114-110 defeat on Jan. 22, 2003. In the nine wins since -- including a 123-113 victory on Dec. 9 -- seven have been by 10 or fewer points. Lakers star Kobe Bryant missed one of those games with a sprained ankle, but has averaged 31.3 points in the other eight. Golden State beat the Lakers 108-106 at home on Dec. 14 to snap a nine-game overall losing streak to Los Angeles. The Warriors have won just two of the last 16 meetings between the teams. Turiaf has started the last four games in place of the injured Pau Gasol (ankle), who coach Phil Jackson said won't be available for either game against the Warriors. Gasol's injured, as well as Andrew Bynum, Trevor Ariza and Chris Mihm. The Lakers play six of their next seven at home, where they have won eight of their last nine games.

The books are going to make a killing tonight and they know it.
Play the under......234???? Are you kidding me..
1 game in their last 10 meetings with each other exceeded this number. The books set this line high into suckering the public into taking 2 fast paced teams for the over.

No Gasol. In Los Angeles. Sunday night. Both teams on 1 day rest. Only action I will have today since Notre Shame didn't show up yesterday. I capped this game at:
Golden State 104
Los Angeles 108
My cap directs me to take the Warriors and the points, but they are type of team that, even with Baron, if they are out of it, they give up - that's how I view them. I'm playing this one safe considering I think that it could get out hand at the end and the Kobe smile will electrify the Staples Center.
Playing it safe, if that's what you might call it ...
Los Angeles ML -300
As you can see, I've built a consistent trend of taking favorites on the ML ... My balls aren't showing their brass as of late ...

Congrats thetornado and anyone else who had Golden State on the ML or the points ... I bit the bullet tonight, just like I did for Clemson this weekend ... I've learned and I'm passing the knowledge along ... When you make a pick or a side that is spontaneous, let alone right before the block closes, it's a 90% loser ...
WHAT UP DO ... FEELIN A LITTLE UNDER THE WEATHER TONIGHT ... BUT I HAVE SOME STUFF TO GET OFF MY CHEST YA KNOW ... NOW WHAT I'M WHAT ABOUT TO SAY TO YA'LL, I MIGHT NOT NEVER SAID TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC ... BUT YA'LL GOTTA HEAR ME YO ... FEEL ME ...
I'm from Detroit and that was Elzhai from Slum Village ...
Granderson with a broken finger? OUCH.
We take chances with this shit gents, but you know what, here's a salute in this thread for having some sort of brass to everyone who does with discipline, courage, truth, honor, and respect for not being a failure or a joke to capping ... One love, One Mic
Pack, I missed out and my gut ate dinner instead of me ... Nice ... Who let the dawgs out and let Packersbackers in?
