Gentlemen,
I've gotten a request from Dagger2 to join the HR pool. Since he did not make a Week One pick, I propose that he accept a -110 unit penalty for joining in Week Two.
I am awaiting his response to this condition (he may decline), but his joining the HR is ultimately up to you guys. His acceptance would need to be unanimous. Please respond on this thread with your opinion.
