Edmonton or Colorado to win the west and the Bruins the east and it all. I realize this is square city and even a braindead monkey can make these picks... Am I going to profit?

Anything can happen in the playoffs. Having a record breaking year doesn't guarantee you the cup. The east has a lot of solid teams this year. Don't get me wrong, it wouldn't surprise me if they won the cup but they will need continued solid goaltending and some of the old boys to step up (Marchand, Bergeron) the Bruins have been unreal all year. I'm a Rangers fan and I can tell you it won't be them beating the Bruins. I can see Carolina or NJ giving them a run. I don't see anyone from the West beating them though.

The difference being that a brain dead monkey would have enough self respect to not post this thread title, but otherwise, yes, lots of similarities in the thinking.

@camby700
I think the Bruins run the table, As in sweep every series. They go undefeated and win the cup. History made all year, continues in playoffs

It's possible...
I'm betting on tired legs for the Bs..
Too much energy has gone into the season and the chase...
Feel here is....
Ripe for the upset
Bol bro

Bruins is the most square pick there is imo. Like someone else mentioned, they are gonna be spent after chasing the record. They will probably bounce 2nd round to Tampa, only cuz i assume leafs will probably 1st round choke again.
I like Carolina or tampa in East.
West is probably Vegas vs Colorado. I like Colorado to win it all. Oil overhyped and not built for playoff hockey imo. Avs made that obvious last year and their style isn't much different this year. Only catch is with McDavid you can't count them out totally.
Avs back to back

The Oilers are a monster right now. Their last regulation loss happened over a month ago. That line of Connor McDavid, Leon Draisaitl, and Ryan Nugent-Hopkins - when the Oilers need to score a goal, those three score a goal!

anybody can come out of the East: Bost, TB., Tront, heck I think NJ has a chance... not sold on Car/NYR or NYI... fla meh
west: colorado is not repeating.. to mnay injuries (would not be surprised if sea beats them) and just hard to do.. Edm..looks to be the Fav...but they have to get by LA which will nto be easy...
