Twice now Bears receivers have fallen down for no reason on perfect pass

Before the half that would’ve put the Bears in FG range, receiver just falls like he’s on ice. 

And just now again, untouched just falls to the ground as the ball travels to him.

 I saw a guy trying to adjust to a ball thrown low and behind him in a very tight window maybe I saw it wrong
