Stefanski is a retard. If he didn't call two timeouts when the Vikings had guts tackled inboubds, in addition to calling that 3rd down throw, the Vikings would have probably had to settle for a FG with the time ticking down. 

Instead he set it up perfectly for them to have enough time to score a TD and leave no time on the clock anyway

Browns being Browns. Should have covered this game 9 times out of 10 

100%.  He's just not a very smart head coach.  And what's with him burning all his Timeouts on the defensive side of the ball ?  It's not like the game was tied at that juncture,  and MIN could hit a game winning  FG.  CLE was still up by 3.   Play defense,  hold to a FG, and CLE go for game winning FG themselves. 

There's good reason why CLE is so bad.  It starts at the top.
