overvalued (i.e. worth betting against them this yr)

LAK - Im shocked they are ahead of DAL, MEM, MIN, TOR.  #1 fade target this year

BKN - still think they have work to do and Durant is getting older.  But if things click they are v dangerous.  Really depends on Simmons play and fit.

undervalued

MEM - their weak link IMO is Dillon Brooks who is v low efficiency/ ball hog

TOR - could be a little better this year

DET - some interesting pieces 

Huge pistons fan here. We are def not undervalued. This team is too young and still years away from a playoff. My sleeper team is the Pelicans

Healthy Cavs team will push everyone in the East.   I took the Over 46.5 RSW

 Brooks plays tough defense. He was given the green light last year to up the tempo for the offense. He has a respectful three pointer. 

LAL hopefully ppl keep thinking they might be good this year

MIN is undervalued.  When Twin Towers gets going it will be hard to beat.

Sac Kings may make playoffs this year, at least the play in. 

Who is "LAK"?

Im not sure what to make of them but I dont think getting Gobert fixes their D, now Towns has to chase around 4's.  Their offense could be clunky.

not a perfect reference to how the books will cap the teams but I will keep this in mind as a sentiment indicator.

Nets way too high IMO.  Leaning towards making them my main fade target over LAL, especially when Ham is eager to win games as 1st yr coach.  He will play the starters a lot even if the game is out of reach Im guessing.

Think NOP could outperform.  They are coaching v well, ended season strong and Zion is back.

I dont have a good feel for the rest but sure there will be a surprise or two.

UTA could be one of those teams undervalued.  Ainge blew it up and maybe everyone assumes they will try and tank.  They have a hodge podge but collectively not terrible talent.
