It's not like back in Oakland but shit was lit. The players know it. They talk about it in press conferences. The crowd, the energy, it's different. In the new arena, they had design the building and it's acoustics to simulate Oracle. They're winning now though, and these fans will root for a winner. When they were losing though, a lot of these "fans" weren't anywhere to be found.

Yeah, but just the fact that he's able to switch on Luka is amazing. Luka is a next level player. I can't wait to see him at 25-30. He's still a baby fat kid. He's not gonna miraculously turn into some ridiculous athlete but when he hits the age of physical prime, like any man does that isn't just a fat ass, with his game, his experience of playing pro ball since he was a kid, and his basketball IQ, he's gonna be a terror. I love Luka. Once we knocked of Memphis, who I detest, and they knocked off Phoenix, and I detest Chris Paul, I said I don't even care who wins. My dad is from Boston. I rock with the Celtics. I'm not a Heat guy but I like Buckets, I like Herro, I really don't care who wins. The Warriors could never win another championship in my lifetime and I'd be fine with it because I made up my mind from a very young age that I would never see them win a championship anyway. I really live this Warriors shit. Been to hundreds of games. Even when we were decent, we weren't THAT good. Run TMC wasn't THAT good. We believe wasn't THAT good. Before we got Steph, my all-time favorite Warrior was Latrell Spreewell. Latrell fucking Spreewell. Back in the early to mid 2000's, we would go to games and cheer for Chalupas. Score 100 points, get a free Chalupa. We always knew we were losing 110-130. You go to 20 games in a year, that's more free Chalupas than you ever want to eat. I remember the early days of the internet when they had the web cafe. Buy the web cafe ticket, use the computer, chill out,the Warriors girls would come up there and dance. Thunder days. Great time out days. J.Rich shitting on dudes. I used to catch rounds with Nate Thurmond at Oaks when I was too young to be in the bar. I'd be in there in Friday nights in the fall meeting my connect to put in my college football plays. Nate old ass would be in there. I miss Nate. Such a G. I remember when Al Attles had a cheese steak shop downtown and then shit's was fire but it was never open. That shit used to be open Friday and Saturday night from like 10 to 2:30. Didn't last. It would kill now but that was when businesses couldn't survive downtown.
I went off on a tangent but the point is I love this team, but I'm used to them losing. I would not be butthurt if they lost to Dallas. And it's funny that everyone's loving what LoonGod has been able to "help contain" Luka and Luka has been going bananas. That kid is so good and I love his game and attitude. He's only gonna get better defensively and if I was Dallas' GM, as good as Brunson has played, I would make Luka the point in name since he's the point anyway, then get a 6'6"-6'7" two guard and run out a crazy tall line up. It's basketball. Why not maximize height?
Went on one there. Went to the game tonight. Drinks, drugs, just got in like an hour ago. Still buzzing. First playoff game in the new house. Was suppose to go to game 6 but the wife has covid. I though I might have it. Didn't travel. I had been traveling so much that weak already. Was in Nola for a bachelor party. Stopped in Houston before coming back to Oregon. Needed a week before coming back to the Bay.

BALLER!!!!!! How about that grand you claimed on Game 1 with Mavs and the points? Your future NEEDS to hit to get anywhere close to even on this series alone already
