Today the total is 52.5. The only reason I stayed away from this is because I have a brief but poor history with 1st quarter wagering. I’m pretty sure that a bet placed by me on under 52.5 would ignite a 60+ point onslaught.

This already feels like it could be a tainted title for the Thunder if they win. What happened to Tyrese Haliburton is a shame all the way around.

I like the Pacers. They still look determined to win when they ought to have been shellshocked by what happened. I just got down on them at +7 -110. Risking my 1st half winnings.

I feel like a sucker already. I made this same mistake at halftime of the Thunder’s Game 1 blowout win over the T-Wolves.

The Thunder trailed 48-44 at halftime and then won that 2nd half by THIRTY.

I couldn’t leave well enough alone. Evening ruined.

Turnovers are 8-0 in the second half.

13 fouls committed by the Pacers in the first three quarters and then ELEVEN in the 4th!

Those goofs would’ve had a decent shot at the backdoor if they hadn’t committed foolish fouls on every possession down the stretch. Not even intentional fouls.
