Has anyone had trouble getting top scorer wagers graded correctly on bovada? I took Derrick White last night who miraculously tied with Jason Tatum (ejected) and Melton (fouled out) at 21 points. Ties pay in full for top scorer so I was golden (+10000 odds). Beverley scored more points (26, how I still don't know), but he was not a listed player . So bam 3 way tie at 21 points and a win!
Well when I go to check my account the wager is graded as a loss. I send a message and 7 hours changed to no action. Now I’m told by the sports team that it’s no action b/c Beverly was top point scorer even though the sports team acknowledges he was not a listed player.
The top point scorer wages state “listed players only.” That means only listed players considered for grading so Beverly should not matter right???
Someone please help! I am being frustrated with Bovada. The wager grading issues have been very persistent lately (10+ wagers graded incorrectly last month) and nobody you talk to on their end even understands the sports. Too bad I live in a state that is taking forever to go legal. Any advice or similar experiences would be appreciated
