@ OneWayOut  Yup really young I watched my Detroit Tigers live win the 1968 WS and I was playing Jr Hockey in Canada at the time.   And I said there are a lot of great players but Ohtani is the best of them all wait till he plays on a WS competitive team.

@  Brooklyncapper   that&#x27;s my feeling exactly his concentration when facing Trout in the final at bat in the WBC was amazing think if he was on a winner he will jack his game up another notch its there.

As I said so many great players so an honorable mention can be mentioned.    Mine would be Fernando Tatis Jr.  I realize he has not played much broken wrist from the bike injury and suspension but if he can get his damn act together he is a great ball player.

Ohtani is the modern Babe Ruth. Anyone that can be MVP on a team that already has Mike Trout is super-star &#x2B;&#x2B;&#x2B;.&#xA;Sorry, OWO, but Ohtani would be a star in ANY era.

Really don&#x27;t think he re-signs with the Angels after this year I am sure he would like to win a WS so i&#x27;m thinking he will feel his best shot would be to sign with the Yankees or Dodgers.

@lookingtowin&#xA; Yankees have not won a W.S. in 14 years. Yankees/Dodgers combined have one win each in the last 20 years (2 for 40). I doubt that will be a consideration for Ohtani. The bottom line, as always, is MONEY!
