WEDNESDAY 4/10 MLB WEATHERYELLOW PHI @ STL Slow moving batch of light rain in the area. As of now models have a mostly dry window at gametime, but it&#x27;s close enough that I&#x27;ll need to revisit it with a radar check before lock.YELLOW / GREEN ARI @ COL Nothing too heavy, nothing too widespread, but models do pop a few showers in the area. Best guess would be that they play through a shower or two, can&#x27;t rule out a delay, bats are fine regardless. Winds blowing in at 10-15mph on a cool day.YELLOW / GREEN CHW @ CLE I think the heavier rain holds off until after the game ends. Best guess is a complete 9 with no delays.ORANGE / RED MIL @ CIN Not sure this one is gonna happen. Rain looks fairly widespread (and heavy) pre-game, in-game, and post-game. There&#x27;s a tiny window of clear air nearby that at least gives me some "maybe if everything works out it COULD happen" vibes... but I doubt it, I&#x27;m leaning towards an early PPD.GREEN / YELLOW MIA @ NYY Just enough rain around to mention that "there&#x27;s some rain around"... but I very strongly doubt it&#x27;s enough rain to cause a delay.YELLOW / ORANGE BAL @ BOS This one is going to be close, but my current lean is that it works out and they play through lighter showers. If the heavier batch (which models show just north of BOS currently) ends up a few miles farther south this game could very quickly turn risky. Will be updating prior to game.RED / ORANGE NYM @ ATL Never fun when my forecast and the National Weather Service forecast (the automated one below this section) are so wildly different... I&#x27;m seeing widespread heavy rain and storms from game-start to game-end, and I expect a PPD. The NWS has just a 30% chance of rain at first pitch, at 50% by game-end. I suppose it&#x27;s a timing disagreement on when the heavy rain moves in. I of course trust my forecast of it being a washout, but NWS people know what they are doing, so I&#x27;ll be circling back to make sure our forecasts are in agreement before first pitch.GREEN / YELLOW HOU @ KCR Can&#x27;t fully rule out a delay... but I don&#x27;t expect a delay.
