Pirates manager, Shelton, leaves Skenes in after a single and a walk, sitting at 101 pitches.

I was pounding for Skenes to come out at that point and hand it over to the Pirates above average bullpen. That may end up being the pivotal moment that culminates in a loss.

Sigh. 2.5 more innings left. I think I'd rather throw Pirates lose in a blowout than losing due to that.

Pirates just not generating any offense, Skenes gets a tough L  Reminds when Jacob DeGrom was with the Mets and should&#x27;ve won 20 games multiple times.
