Why has the Army line dropped from 16.5 to 13.5 , I know Army lost captain America and there top back still this team finished in the top 25 and won the independence Bowl 27-6, Tarleton state had A impressive win in week 0 , 42-0 over Portland state, Army is A different type of monster, Army should play keep away and pull away to win this going away,  GO ARMY 41- 13
