Off on the wrong foot but glad to have a few more days to adjust. Tough to gage new seasons with new pieces but I think the game with Auburn and Baylor has enough weaponry to get the game over the total. I had backed Wisconsin yesterday in the FH and they laid an egg, not sure if that's a harbinger of things to come or just lack of preparation. Maybe Miami, OH is better than I had them handicapped for?
In the other loss, ECU had the most puzzling start to a game as they kept running the ball in an offense that leans on high tempo and passing. The play calling was definitely questionable until they reached the half and recalibrated. By then it was too late and the over was toast with the only hope a late TD to force OT that never came.
Tonight, redemption but I do really like this game:
OVER 57 (AUBURN/BAYLOR...BIG PLAY!!!: First big play of the season mostly b/c both of these teams should be loaded on offense. I think this total should be more in the 60s but then again I thought the ECU/NCSU total which was in the 60's should have cashed last night.
Hoping everyone is profiting so far more than I thought I've only played 2 games so far. As always, tail or fade, good luck to all...
