Today's game is tough -- I believe ECU will win so I actually played a parlay with them and the 49ers.
ECU/Ohio over 62 - two units
ECU should be able to pass. Ohio should be able to pass because ECU is 90th against the pass. If either team tries to run too much, they won't be that successful. Running isn't what ECU does and while Ohio will want to run, ECU is actually good against the run. Sidenote: they did get torched by Marshall last game on the ground. With all that passing, we should have lots of stopped clock and, hopefully, points. I lean towards ECU on the side, but will pass because I can see Ohio putting up points to keep it inside the spread. I also recall Tettleton playing well in big games.

Was one TD from covering yesterday, but Ohio mailed it in at the end. Moving on...
Oregon St/Boise St over 65 - four units Oregon St -3 - two units (parlayed with 49ers ML)
Boise struggles defending the pass so Oregon St should have a field day. Oregon St doesn't play great defense, especially versus the run, so I see points galore. You could probably win a few FanDuel contests with just this game alone!

If the NIll kicker could just make a freakin' FG, we'd have had the middle--so close. oh well.
Today's games:
MD +3 - two units -- Marshall's schedule wasn't very strong so you have to be careful looking at their stats
MD/Marshall -- under 33 1H -- one unit - Marshall also has a history of struggling early in games and away from home; will look to play the over in the 2H
Minn -3 (-130) -- two units - very similar, but feel Minn has played better against harder competition
Minn/Syracuse under 24 1H - one unit - this is how I see this game working out: "run; get stuffed; run, get stuffed; throw a six yard pass on 3rd and 8; punt....repeat' -- for both teams--snoozer of a game

BYU/Wazzu under 33 1H - one unit -- remember how hard Wazzu's schedule was vs BYU's when looking at the stats. It says to me Washington is better than the numbers show. I can see the Wazzu D keeping a run-first BYU offense in check. I can also see Wazzu struggling offensively against a decent BYU defense and without the head coach. I predict 17-13 first half score.
Lean towards Washington to cover, but the uncertainty because of the interim coach keeps me away.

Right call (under), wrong time period (1H vs game) last night
Notre Dame -7.5 1H -- I know ND isn't exactly an offensive juggernaut, but that just shows how bad I think Rutgers is. I mean, how do you have the 122nd worst defense against the pass when you play the 89th strongest schedule....that's bad. One unit.

One unit on the Lou/Miami over....Miami's defense gives up a ton of points....Both teams are pass-first teams....Lou defense hasn't faced athletes that Miami has (see UCF game)....add it up and I see it going over
Lean under in Mich/KSt...lean Lou, K St ML -- May be too many points for the favorites to cover
