I'll share my 2 cents...do want you want with the info...
The first fixture that ended 1-1...was dominated by PSV...they were the quicker and more exciting side on the day...BUT.. does it really mean anything when your opponents were playing their first competitive match of the new season...when you have already played 5 league games. In my opinion the result of first fixture should be overlooked.
When you look at the matchup...beyond the first fixture...you see a matchup between Experience(Milan) vs inexperience(PSV). PSV are very young...they are prone to making very bad choices on the backline...but their speed should allow for some counter attacking opportunities against a slow looking Milan defense. However, they will get quicker today with Desciglio grabbing a starters position.
The stadium will be rocking...tickets are in high demand tonight...both it being a Champs League fixture and Milan's first home competitive fixture of the season. I expect Milan to come out early with a strong attacking presence...this will be a big test to the young away squad.
Neither team impressed this weekend in their domestic league...and I understand the concerns everyone has with Milan's loss to Verona..they looked bad...creating almost zero opportunities on goal. The best way to forget about a bad looking loss..is to get back on the field quickly..just as this fixture today presents itself.
Plays that I like are as follow....Milan ML...Milan 1st Half...Milan Team Total Over 1.5 (or other)... Milan vs PSV Over 2.5...M. Balotelli to score anytime...and for those looking for a bigger prop payout...Penalty to be awarded...or penalty to be scored by Milan.
