I'm on cable with IE 7 and all the latest updates. Hard to imagine it's my computer when it only happens on Wagerline.
I've contacted Wagerline Tech Support on numerous occasions and they never do anything except say they'll take a look at the issue. I gave up on them a long time ago but was curious if anyone else had problems...

I can't tell you the number of times one of the Wagerline pages has hung up and caused Microsoft to close the page. It's the only site I ever have trouble with. This is a decent computer with all the latest updates, etc. Anyone else experience this problem?

It's a sad commentary when a guy with no picks is better than half the field. Let's start picking some winners and figure out how to get thru to some of these guys that these are dawg picks only...no favorite teams allowed. Guys if there's a (-) in front of a number, stick it somewhere else but not here.||an_shake.gif' border=0>

Hey Webba,
Have you looked at that bio website? It might help pick the dawgs. Bio for Sox pitcher today was a 3, Indians a 9. Houston pitcher an 8 and Milwaukee pitcher a 4. 8-10 favoring Cincy. Doesn't always work but it helps picking 'em.||moneybag.gif' border=0>

It's about natural life cycles that we all have. Sometimes, especially, with athletes, their conditioning can help them through the low periods but it seems logical that it has an influence on all of us. Everything goes through cycles and this is just an attempt to read them. In this program, we only chart the starting pitcher so it isn't everything but it can give you an idea of when one pitcher will performing his best and when he might not. Problem is, his best may still be a lot worse than the other pitcher's average day. Anyway, you can read more about it at: https://www.biosportspro.com/index.asp
It's so cheap to join...about $5.00 that it's worth taking a look at. I've been talking with the owner/developer by phone for a couple months and have suggested to him that he needs to take what he has one step further and that is to chart what happens over a season when the pitchers with their various biorhythm scores... each pitcher is assigned a score based on the 3 life cycles for that day. Anyway, every day, I chart the different matchups and the results of each game and then try to use that to predict a future game. It's a process and while I'm getting better at it, I need to not take plays that I don't have enough information about. At some point, I think this website will have all that for us to use and then we will have trends to use for our picks. My goal is a win rate near 80% which I think is achievable with practice and my bio histories.
I found another little gem for being able to tell when a game is going to go over the total. Send me an email to my user name @yahoo.com and I'll send it to you. So far I'm about 12-1-1 with it.

I'm using a program that gives the pitcher's bios
to make my predictions with. Today, for example, Chen has a bio of 10, the highest you can get and R. Johnson has a bio of 1 so I took a bet on Baltimore. It may not work out but in Johnson's last game his bio was -2 and he got clobbered. Problem was in that game the opposing pitcher had a bio of -1 so I didn't take a bet because I didn't know who was going to be worse. I did take the over, however and won that bet. Some of you might find this approach useful. I have no financial interest in the program but would be interested in discussing what works and what doesn't with anyone here.
