I am going to nail Portland in this game when the spread pops up. I am still looking hard at that road record of 3-10 before they played Minny last night.

Bulls are minus 3 for this game which is now open at Las Vegas. If Portland is as good as they have been built up to be, why isn't the spread a pick em. As I indicated Portland is on the way back to reality, and this game will be certifiable proof. They are streaky and i see a bad streak coming on. I will do an anlysis on this game tomorrow morning, but be advised that I am taking the Bulls-3.

The Bulls are 3-1 under their new coach, and they reached 100 again for the 4th game ina row, getting 109 points last night in the PC pick of the night killing Charlotte as prescribed. The new coach has instilled a better gameplan than Skiles, and Noah is seeing significant playing time, and with that he is making career highs almost every night including last night. This game in particular is a PC pick as well, as the public will be all over Portland especially if they rout Minny tonight. Portland has built up their record beating patsies. Chicago is up and coming and playing with renewed vigor lately.

I will officially sign this as a Kong Certified Pick. Chicago is about to go on a tear now. After firing King Doofus, they are playing with purpose. Lay the 3, Its about to get rowdy in Chicago again. GL HomeBoys.

Living here in Chi-town, I think I'll start following my Bullies again. Jumped off the bandwagon after Jordan left, but with the recent success and coaching change, I just may have to watch a game or two! (no smart-ass remarks about being a fair-weather-fan, please---I admit it!)
Hey Kong, thanks for the Denver (college hoops) play yesterday!

Portland has yet to prove they can be road warriors. Da Bulls did th same thing last year, started slow then rattled off 12 or so wins in a row. Time is now to ride them until they beat you.
Should be similar to loss Portland took to Utah on Monday night, 10 or 12 point Bulls win.

I'm playing over 187.5 and hoping that Ben Wallace doesn't touch the ball once on the offensive end. NBA has some bad lines out with only 3 games =/.
I like west virginia +2.5 to end notre dames win streak at home. I love UCLA -2.5 at stanford. Also whenever the total for the memphis sienna game comes out will prob take it.

Keep in mind the last four games CHI has scored 100 or more. Thanks to second chance baskets by Noah. The less time Duhon gets, the more likely the Bulls will score points.
I will wait to see how the spread changes before I bet this game. I actually don't agree with CK on the assumption that the TB are going to go on a bad streak. Playing good or bad teams doesn't matter.. playing in the NBA and winning all but 2 games in 1 month is a huge accomplishment. This game comes down to one statistic and one statistic only: Ben Gordon's points.
Kirk isn't progressing like he should be, Duhon is a waste, if Wallace could develope any skills around the rim he would be valuable.. so you really rely on L. Deng and B. Gordon.. Deng shouldn't have much of a problem scoring, but if Gordon's shots don't fall, where do you get your points from?!

No problem movie fan, glad you cashed in with us!! Denver is tough as hell at home!!
I'm gonna wait until this line drops before I fire a play in on Chicago. It's gonna be closer than we think.

Besides the obvious bias towards my Blazers, let's keep in mind that they have disposed of several teams that were far from patsies on the road, including the Nuggets and Jazz to name a few.
Teams that have given them the most trouble have hurt them with size down low since they are without Oden this season, and if you can tell me who can score in the blocks for the Bulls before tip-off then maybe I wouldn't be as confident as I am in getting 3 for a Blazers team still pissed over having their streak halted in Salt Lake.
Also, who is going to slow down Roy? Ben Gordon?
Hinrich vs. Blake, pretty good matchup, Outlaw will come in to play Deng, and Aldridge holds the edge over any interior players for Chi-town.
Blazers are hungry here to start another streak, pretty risky to give them points here in my humble opinion....

There is a rumor on Yahoo that Pippen wants to be the next coach of the Bulls, in my opinion I think he will be worse than Skiles. But in this game I am rolling with the majority of the room and taking the Bulls -3.
