Good Morning everyone. We have a great slate tonight after a very slow Monday. Great game played the New Jersey Devils, in the 1st period. Columbus did what seems to be everyone in the NHL's favorite past time, beating up on the Oilers. Finally, hats off to Detroit for sticking tough with Calgary and pulling it off late in the 3rd quarter.
As for tonight, it is my firm belief that the Dogs will be barking.
Buffalo Sabres -145 vs. Carolina Hurricanes
Streaks are your friend everybody. Not that Buffalo is blowing teams out of the water, but Carolina is on a 6 game losing streak! ...and the Buffs have Miller.
Montreal Canadiens +125 vs. New York Rangers
Going back to the theory on my first game. Streaks are your friend. Montreal is on a 5 game winning streak, playing 4 of those against BOS, TD, ANA, and LA, all quality teams. Although the Rangers have looked impressive in their last two against PHI and ATL, Montreal on a 5 game winning streak and the underdog is the play here.
Phoenix Coyotes -120 vs. Tampa Bay Lightning
And for a third time, the streak is your friend. Phoenix has won it's last 5 games, impressively nonetheless. Although Tampa Bay does play well at home and did knock off WAS in WAS a couple days ago as well as keeping the PIT game close, Phoenix is the play.
Toronto Maple Leafs +155 vs. Ottawa Senators
Ottawa has lost 6 out their last 7 + the nice + money here = Toronto, eventhough they're very ahrd to predict.
San Jose Sharks -145 vs. Dallas Stars
San Jose is coming off of two tough losses to ANA and FLA, which beat them in the tank believe it or not, and will be looking to avenge them against the 1 out of their last 7 Dallas Stars. Anytime I see the Sharks under -150, I love it, can't pass this one up. The o5.5 also looks like a great play.
