Some of these lines have moved since I made my picks.
NE -10
Colts are coming off of an overtime defeat. Patriots are coming off of the most impressive performance this year. Colts are banged up, have no running game and now Hilton is out. Patriots have established a balanced attack with James White and Sony Michel to go along with Tom Brady. Gordon will get more envolved as the season goes along and now Edelman is back in the picture. Patriots 38-17.
Ten -3.5
Buffalo is terrible and the Titans just find ways to win. Mariota is getting healthy again. Josh Allen is making rookie mistakes, expect the Titans to capitalize on a few of them and come out on top in a boring game. Titans 20-6.
Bal -3
Baltimore is looking pretty good lately. Flacco is pushing the ball downfield and keeping the opposing team honest with a balanced attack. The play action is working well. John Brown deep and Crabtree short to intermediate is working well. Look for Baltimore to pressure Mayfield and punish him as the game goes on. Baltimore27-20.
GB -1
Aaron Jones is going to go off in this game. Detroit has no run defense and it's tough to focus on the run when you're facing Aaron Rodgers. Detroit will put up some points but will not be able to keep up. Packers 34-24.
Den -1
Denver gave KC a lot of problems. Granted that was at Mile High and that stadium was rocking. Denver is the better team on both sides of the ball. Expect Denver to create 2 turnovers and control the ball. Denver 20-13.
Rams -7
Seattle just lost the emotional leader of the defense. Earl Thomas out for the year. The homefield advantage will not be able to save them. The Rams are pressuring quarterbacks more than any other team and the Seahawks struggle to protect Wilson. Expect a dominating performance from the Rams in a blowout win. Rams 44-17.
Minn +3
Philadelphia is coming off of an overtime game and Minnesota is coming off of 10 days rest from the Thursday night game. Expect Minnesota to bounce back on the road in a tough game. Minnesota 26-24.
