I don't understand why Jet fans get such a bad rap.
Listen, you obviously love your team and that's cool but how about discussing the game intelligently instead of calling anyone who picks against the Jets an asshole? Correct me if I'm wrong but the Jets aren't 16-0 ATS this year, right? Come on now.
No they aren't but they are the worst team in the playoffs and are only in because the colts quit in the middle of the game. Thats whats so funny about this homer in this thread. His team shouldnt even be in the playoffs and yet he goes around cursing at people who go against them

so you like the colts to beat the chargers? hmm i like the chargers but i have a hard time trusting norv turner.. its going to be a very interesting playoffs. usually you can ride the hot team and this year it happens to be cowboys vs chargers in super bowl i think. but your right that would be two idiot coaches. gonna do more research.
I really think they would be the most likely teams to do it if coaching was equal throughout.
I'll admit that i'm relying a lot on a rookie in Caldwell saying they'll win, but I really think it's Peyton Manning who is coaching that team as he's the ultimate coach-on-the-field.
I'm definitely not ready to play any futures at this point, unless they were longshots on the Pack/Eagles to win the NFC, but even those would be tough as I think they could both lose this weekend

Yeah i just dont have the confidence in caldwell nor the defense. for some reason the chargers have had the colts number. i understand your play i mean hell taking the best qb in the league should never be questioned. its going to be a very interesting post season.

Lean forward when you stand at your window. The Bengals might be the worst playoff team this decade. They peaked 6 weeks ago and they are going home to watch the rest of the playoffs on TV.
The Jets and the Packers will advance this week as they both have shut down corners and can concentrate on shutting down the run.

The Jets QB is better in the HBPO show Entourage then he is on the field. Your Jets may get past the Bengals but that is as far as they go. Teams will load the box and make them pass which they cant. I don't think they will even get pass the Bengals. Last week the Jets showed the Bengals everything they had and the Bengals showed the Jets nothing. I like the Bengals by a TD.

If you pipe down I might post my picks for the weekend
I can't say I care too much because I already know your pick is NYJ. I will be against them or not play it because history repeats itself-- but not two weeks in a row.
Strongest lean is the OVER 43 in BAL/NE, but i'm behind and need to check weather reports...
Sherlock-- completely agree. Sanchize will hurt this team and we'll see a totally different effort from Cincy this weekend. Just don't know if it's enough to cover a FG or not

Not sure which game you guys were watching Sunday Night but the Jets (and I hate to say it) dominated a team playing to up their seed. I realize they rested a couple of injured players but they're injured, not a total rest day for them and they took a beat down. Revis completely shut down COC and will do so again this week. Best bet on the board is the under in that game. I see a 9-7, 10-6 sort of battle here. If either team gets a 10 pt lead, game over. First to 14 wins.. but again.. 3-3 at the half 10-6 final. If it stays below freezing Sunday, this game won't break 20 let alone 30 barring 3 defensive/special teams scores.

i am worried about Revis, but I really think that was a vanilla gameplan that Cincy threw out there and Rex Ryan did some stupid shit with late challenges and what looked like a desire to run up the score and embarrass the Bengals. Not sure why you'd do that the week before you had a certain rematch, but keep in mind a Jets play is backing a rookie QB on the road in the playoffs. Very different game, imo

adding: Baltmore-New England OVER 43.5 (-110): 1.1/1 (Bookmaker) Weather should be cold but clear and I think we'll see a lot of passing from both sides. The Ravens aren't that defensive juggernaut we're used to, and I think they'll be playing a lot of catch-up even with Welker OUT. Most of this is at 43, but to finish off my unit evenly i had to take the extra 1/2
