That's bs of course..but Case Keenum deserves Heisman consideration..the guy has done it his whole career.. Of course LSU or Bama would shut down Houston, but that's not the point..Keenum cannot control who he plays and just continues to put up numbers..Houston will go to a good bowl game, just not a BCS one..Their defense is basically Swiss cheese. I think two guys you HAVE to invite to the Heisman ceremony are Keenum and Kellen Moore..Kind of like a reward for a great career..They would not win of course, but they deserve to be honored in some way..

Just for a reference, UH under Keenum has wins against Mississippi State, Oklahoma State, UCLA. Had a chance to beat Oregon. Sorry they haven't played LSU or Alabama, but then "these" schools won't schedule UH. They want to schedule ULM. Something to think about.
By the way, UH had a recent visit to Alabama, and had a pass into the endzone for a TD to tie the game that went incomplete. So you can see the game was more than contested.

With the best team they played was UCLA, not that hard to score. Say be place them against someone middle of the road like Vandy or better yet rutgers and see if they can score. Want to see a good test.

Live 5 minutes from Univ of Houston. I'll tell you what the local folks here think ... they're a damn good conference USA team ... but they'd get slaughtered in the SEC. IMO, if you replaced Case with any of the top 5 passers in college football today, you'd get similar results. Houston scores scores scores but a half @ss conference USA and Cougar offensive system makes Case what he is today. Its not all him man. Cave0707 ... from Houston ... I'm out ...

Houston's got plenty of offensive weapons and spread the field really well. Yes, they are playing C-USA teams that have no secondary, but I am pretty sure they will score at least 10 on LSU/Bama.
It would look very similar to the Cincinatti game against the Gators, except worse.
