I'm not into ranking conferences. I'm better than that. Ranking conferences is a product of a terrible system that we are soon leaving in the BCS minded fools. Computers are good for some things, but when a team is as skilled as FSU (when you actually look at the tape) belief in conference rankings is irrelevant. Also, would it be outlandish for me to believe the ACC is better than FSU? I'm not sure off the top of my head due to current injuries, but there were 9 QBs starting for NFL teams that were from the ACC. Clearly, that conference procudes it's fair share of athletes. Further, athletes will always go to schools like Miami and FSU -- because they are dynasties. There will always be talent and it is a conference that can produce AQ qualifying championship teams.
I'm not your slave. Go find the rankings yourself. I'll tell you this, FSU's skill level certainly justifies it's #1 offensive rankings and #2 defensive ranking.
Exactly, you've made my point in oh so many words and incessant posts. Continue with your homer-based stance and selective capping bias towards your favorite team - FSU, along with the severe condition of prior-post amnesia and selective denial. You ARE "Joe Public"....Vegas knows you much more than you will ever realize and it's not based upon your actual side selection, but rather the straight path that led you to it.
There's a big difference between fanatical bias and sound handicapping, open-minded due diligence, etc. By scooting facts, true handicapping criteria, proclaiming to be the far most FSU authority, referring to FSU football in the first person, etc...etc..., you pretty much prove your fanaticism in lieu of hinting to any breath of capping cred. May we suggest you purvey your lifelong FSU love at www.tomahawknation.com, as you will quickly find an infinite slew of fan-type mindsets as you.
Hey, as a FSU fanatic, you have 17 days to soak in "everything FSU". We do not blame you for trying to maximize personal enjoyment during this exciting time, I probably would do the same, but would opt to do it within a fan-based forum, as noted above...think about it!
FSU 44
AUB 38
Unfortunately, they still have to play the game!
