There is usually good reason as to why their heavy favs so I use teasers and ML parlays often. My picks are 5-0 in MLB and I have 2 of those winners parlayed w Rams ML - Looking for the Rams to win SU tonight. I’ll be using the Rams on a couple more w both NFL and College. I also teased the Rams Mondays each Mondays winners Jets and Denver (7 pt teasers)
Remember - Know your numbers - Wager 3% , 5% a wager of your bankroll - If you don’t have a bankroll , don’t gamble because its all about numbers and money management and Discipline. If you are waking up thinking “ I have to make a bet today - You have an addiction most likely so try to be mindful. Wager only after you have done some home work or have a Reliable and Credible sources. I’ve been doing this for 40 years and have made ALL the expensive mistakes so I try to help as much as I can because to me that’s what this forum is about - Helping /Sharing information
Try to invest 10/15% of your paycheck in a long term ETF - “ Stocks “. That’s how wealth is built . I love VOO - Tracks the top 500 stocks and historically your money doubles every 7.5 years - Compound Interest is a beautiful thing

Building real wealth requires investing my friend, not investing long term is financial suicide if you dont own properties or make a good amount of money in your job. It’s best to diversify- Real Estste and a stock portfolio. If it’s just gambling that not a good plan FYI

So much volatility and stonks, you could double up next week instead of 7.5 years
If you don't learn how to make money while you sleep, you're missing out on building wealth.
I think what I said went right over your heads. I keep a hands on approach to stocks versus just relying on S&P etf. Keep that for the Roth. Sure a 8% a year gain is nice but when stocks are rebounding 20% after a 10% drop, you have to learn to ride the waves

Baseball is a much harder sport to bet on than football. The grind wears bettors down and it is also so volatile because one swing/pitch can change the game. In football it is easier to overcome a mishap early on.
