They put up the flag indicator on TV before the play was even ran. Once the Browns ran the play the refs threw a flag for holding. That was some weird shit.

Yes I saw that, and said oh it was a mistake, then it happened...yea very strange. Especially strange when you have a holding call on a 2 second play.
