UF is without it's two LBers, and is starting two Fr in their place. They also just lost their top S, who will play on Sunday next year. He was a headhunter who helped immensely with the run. I am not sure UF can stop the run for 4 quarters. This could be a 14-10, 17-10 type game going into 4th qtr, then turn into a 24-10, 31-13 type final. If UF is healthy I give them a legit chance, but they are really banged up. Be weary of betting too much here.

If you going to play it, I would stay with FSU. I'm a UF grad, and hate the Nolies, but I think they beat USF easily. Jimbo will have the O playing better, and USF won't run on that D like Lville did. UGA scares me more than FSU. Betting a big SEC game is a crap shoot. Like the others said, I'd stay away from teasing these. Good luck with however you play em!

Good News!! It won't take you long to count all that money you won!!

Where did he go? Good thing UF didn't give a crap about being there, or it would have been a blow out. As hard as Muschamp tried(uh Durkin but same difference) to give it away, like he did against LSU and SC, Driskel couldn't get ECU to score. What a shame!
Maybe tomorrow, pls give us another LOCK, easy $$$ pick!! PLEASE!!!

Gator grad, and long time season ticket holder. If UF comes motivated, they win the game. I think they'll win easy. BUT, if they're not motivated, and don't care, they will get beat and maybe bad. Fowler is a beast, but he is going to the NFL early. Will he give it 110%? Will he want to make sure he doesn't get hurt. There are several key players in same boat. I honestly am not sure how they'll come into this game. They are supposedly practicing like they want it, but that could be just coach speak. I can tell you the interim coach is supposed to let Roper(OC) call the game his way, so the O might be a little more wide open than earlier in the year. This D is good. Hargreaves is a sure 1st round pick at CB. They need to throw away from him.
I'm not betting it(I never bet UF) but good luck to whichever teams you pick. |

What about an Oregon-OSU line? Oregon -8?

Great Pick with KU today!! They should have won the game, so getting 28 made it a NO-BRAINER!!
Canes look good early, but then everyone looks good early against the Crabdaddy!

Being a UF grad, I don't like the Semis at all. But, I don't think they've played near their capability yet. It almost seems like Winston screws around for a half or so, and then decides to kick it in. His 2nd half stats are decidedly better than his 1st half stats. And the FSU D will keep Duke from running wild.
I think FSU has the better team, and with being a rivalry game, they will come out playing better. Just don't see them losing this game. I hope I'm wrong.

I think this will be a close one, and St. has a legit shot at winning the game. You have to think MichSt will be extremely upset about the sad performance they gave last week, and will bounce back. What about taking Auburn +12? I think this game will be high scoring and, in typical Richt fashion, UGA will find a way to lose it.

54, he probably thinks FSU is the team with great history and tradition. Hard to talk with a hater. BTW, when I said I felt sorry for Driskel, I didn't mean he wasn't responsible. He is terrible. But, it's not his fault that Champ put him back in for the 2nd half, then runs him back out after the punt return, then again after the fumble and score, so he can throw a pick 6. He NEVER should have been in the game, especially since Champ said he was "hurting and had to have shots" to be able to play. Even if not hurt, he should not be playing QB!! Unfortunately, Champ still has control over who plays QB.
I agree, if Foley does take the SEC job, Spurrier would be a great get, and he might consider it with both Machen and Foley gone. Boom, do you think Ole' Miss loses this game? I am just not sold on LSU yet. Scary, but UF should have beat them

I agree with you, I am at the point of feeling sorry for Driskel. And it is truly amazing that Chump thinks he gives the team the best chance to win. I had already heard that offensive teammates had lost confidence in him. After this last showing, I'm pretty sure Chump has lost the team. I hope Wheels is right and he is canned tomorrow. But I think he lasts the year. Scary to think about how bad UGA wins, if Driskel is starting, and if Chump is there, he will start!
Any thoughts on LSU-Ole Miss yet?

Not just on offense, but the defense even picked up.... Yeah, it was obvious the team clearly picked up it's intensity when Harris came in. When your leader is down and has no confidence in himself, it does affect the rest of his teammates. That being said, if JD starts slow Saturday night, it will not bode well for the Gators. Grier has a ton of potential, was a top recruit, has a great arm and can run it. But he has been hurt and just resumed practicing this week. He has the potential to lead them but will the HC give him a chance? Champ is so stubborn that he may just stick with JD, even if he throws 3 picks and under 50% in the first 3 quarters(as he has done the past 2 games). The one caveat is that those games were on the road and this is a night game in the Swamp, so the crowd will be jacked up. I think the D will keep this game close. Being a grad of UF, I am probably not touching this game, unless I throw a little at LSU. That way, if UF loses I at least get a little positive out of it. But, I do like the under, assuming it is isn't 30ish

Been to several games at UCF. Will not be a big HF advantage. There will probably be 30% Cock fans at game. When Texas played there a few yrs back, it was close to 50/50. I was at NC St game last year and stadium was maybe 3/4 full. SC has considerable edge on both lines of scrimmage. While I'll be rooting for UCF, I won't be putting my $ down on them. Go Knights!

UCF gets spanked by the Cocks at home! I definitely want some of what you're taking, if you think they beat S. Carolina this year! |

What do you think the line will be? I am thinking UF might be giving a few more points than is warranted. Should be a good early season game. Hoping UF can pull out the win! |
