All professional sports must be rigged then, and probably college football too. In normal life, such as: high school sports, pick up games, or even video games like Madden, the better team usually dominates the entire game. It's usually clear from the beginning who will win by how much based on the difference in skill between the two opponents.
In pro sports, like the NFL, a team can play awful for 2 quarters and then all of a sudden play like champions in the second half. All the while, the opponent, who was lighting it up for 2 quarters, ends up collapsing in the second half and losing. Or better yet, a team can beat a division rival the first time they play. Then the next time they get blown out. It doesn't really make sense. Sure there is luck, but luck isn't enough to explain that. Maybe injuries could explain it sometimes, but not at the rate that those things occur.
