Yes, they offer more lines than any US available book, but Heritage is very close in options and they pay within a reasonable time period. If you request a check it will probably take 8-10 days and like 5 dimes they don't provide a tracking number because the processors won't provide it to them. When you receive the check you can deposit it and feel assured that the funds will clear. The last 4 checks that I had requested from 5 dimes all at different times bounced. The days of Greek, Betjm, and Pinny sending it with tracking info and arriving in 1-3 days is over.

What i've realized is that these books deal with too many people with non-favorable attitudes and so they end up toying with them. My suggestion is to slow your speech down especially over the phone and show that you have patience. In other words if they are committing to a certain time frame as to when your money can be ready for pickup, you can ask "are you sure you don't need more time than what you are quoting?" Timing during conversation can be key so if you can show understanding, it's definitely going to be very beneficial to you. No matter how you put it, we are always going to be surrounded by something service industry related. Don't take upon the excuse that you were not "taught" this and that, take it upon yourself to acquire it your own self.
