Berti won.

The problem is you never know when to use your bids - I thought others would bump it up - but they didnt.

So he spent:

49.20+25.56+12.90 = 87.66

I just want to get rid of these friggin bids.

If someone wants to find out if you can transfer bids, if they allow it - I will gladly give these 24 bids to anyone who wants them.

Can you explain this ??? 50 Voucher Ended Auction

Look at the Bidder History window.  So all those people are that mathematically challenged (not to mention cannot read the saving = 0)...  All of them lost money....

You need to find the item that has the least interest and hope that the bot you're bidding against has a smaller bankroll than you.  Good luck.

Iam thinking if you get 5 friends to start fighting over 1 item others would get discouraged to bid on it than you can win the item with under 100 bids combined.  I think the optimum time to bid would be 4:30 am est.

Vanzach  lets start up a bidding syndicate and kill the company's profit.

Check out this dumbass. He spent $90 in bids and ended up paying $131.04 for a $36.99 PS3 Game.

That POS HP was a good deal for theend owner, but that was a 1 cent auction, so there were almost 1000 bids placed..

Its a retail 899 laptop, how much do you think that place paid?

No money lost on that auction.

I heard about this like 8 years ago.. though it was a slightly different concept that involved guessing the final price of the item, kind of.

Basically, it was a blind auction and you could pick any price you wanted going up/down by 1 cent increments. Whoever gets the lowest UNIQUE bid, wins it for that price.

So if you bid a penny and you're the only person to bid 1 cent, then you get the product for a penny. Of course, the company makes money off of all the other bids placed... and what's even worst is that hundreds of people could big on the same price and not even know it.

For example, there could be hundreds of bids on all the price points from 1 cent up to 100 dollars but people will keep bidding low in hopes that they were the only one to do so, because remember, you need to be the lowest UNIQUE bidder.

I forget what it's called but the whole 'lowest unique bidder' thing adds a twist.
