Thanks - you proved my point - kidgrey - diverting the real answer to my question with your petty statistics - just answer the freakin question bro - do not care how tired you are - you started the frivilous thread bro - so tough it out!  You will go around in circles because you have not sat on Dr.Phil's couch and found your real issue - a bitter GB Fan who has not accepted the fact that the face of the packers is no longer Mr. Farve and will never be again.

Good Luck and many blessings to your issue bro!

The problem with Pennington is that he would be on the IR if he was taking the same kind of hits that Favre has been taking.  Chad has never really been able to take hits in his career.

The problem with Favre is that the Jets game plan always seems to have a low emphasis on the running game.

Greyhound,
You are from Wisconsin?  What part, let me guess Hudson or another city bordering MINN or ILL, where you put on a Vikings hat when they have a better record or Bears hat when they have better record.  If you are a Packers fan you have to love Favre yes he turned the ball over and yes he won a superbowl for us.  Not every great QB has to be like Joe Montana or John Elway.  I see what your saying now its nice to see Rodgers scramble and pick up a first down with his feet where Favre would have tried to force it in somewhere maybe would have been picked off or maybe got first down.  Rodgers has played 7 games favre played 16 seasons and he played great for the Packers.  I have trouble watching another QB take snaps for the pack.

Will say this though the future of the Packers looks better with number 12 taking the snaps than number 4.

Will also say if Favre was starting this year we would probally have better record.

I live in Milwaukee and I sure as hell never root for the Bears or Vikings.

You and me are obviously different.    I have no problem whatsoever watching Rogers quarterback the Packers.    In fact I love it.    And the reason is that Rogers is more careful with the ball.     Favre is and always will be a knucklehead.    He just throws the ball up for grabs way too much.

I also think that Rogers arm is very strong and he's more accurate than Favre was and obviously he has more mobility.    And he's 24 yrs old and Favre is 39.

Right I said Rodgers taking the snaps is great for the pack, brett could of had one more good year with the pack this year, and it would have ended in the NFC championship with the game on the line he would throw a pick.  But Brett was great, has done alot for this team.

You live in Milwaukee huh? Let me guess you drink Coors Light and hate on Miller Lite and PBR and Old Milwaukee.
