they give riley cooper a $25 million deal and cut this guy on nothin more than smoke and mirrors?
The eagles said he had a bad attitude, skipped team meetings, had a poor work ethic and did not get along with Chip Kelly, nevermind whatever they came up with in their other investigations into his activities. So what does any of that have to do with a guy who got drunk at a concert and said a word that upset a bunch of people and then apologized to every one for saying it including his teammates one by one by calling them up personally? Where is the equal analogy between those two??
The lion and the tiger may be more powerful, but the wolf doesn't perform in the circus.

beats me too thats why i asked the question lol
two sides to every story. he wasn't charged with anything unlike hernandez or even accused, usually players get warnings/fines for missing those team meetings. if they cut riley cooper too it would be a little bit more consistent but they didn't.
yeah the coach doesn't like a player? tough. happens part of ur job deal with it. just wrong imo to straight up cut a player based on evidence this flimsy that wouldn't fly in a court of law. what happened to innocent before proven guilty? just seems really unprofessional by the eagles at best and something more sinister at worst.

You didn't ask a question, you made a statement and put a question mark at the end like you found it incredible. Why would they cut Riley Cooper? He made his peace with his team mates and they moved on. Again he was drunk and said a bad word out of anger just after an altercation and got caught on video saying it. Big F'n deal. The two situations are not on even footing. You're comparing a single incident if you even want to call it that, with an apparent lifestyle/ behaviour with Jackson according to the Eagles. You nor I have any idea of exactly what their investigations came up with, we have just heard some of it.
NFL teams have their own investigators and whatever they found they deemed it to be enough to cut their leading receiver. Obviously with the guys stats they did not cut him for no good reason. They also tried trading him unsuccessfully so apparently they are not the only ones that think the same about Jackson. A number of teams came right out and said we would not sign him and have zero interest in having him on our team so it's not just the Eagles. And the Eagles are a business if a guy can't get along with the coach or whoever, they have the right to get rid of him and his sh!t attitude so that it does not negatively affect their business
