I know you have been told this a thousand times but if your just doing it for fun why not just wager on 2 or 3 games a day. That is what I do and I still get my fix to keep me happy. Just my opinion but if your wagering $100 a play and your making 10-15 wagers a day I would say your doing this for more than just fun.

Tuesday you were 5-9 for -5.74.....Isn't that very close to a buck a pick?

weeble- if you could make a distinction (like you have sometimes already done) between plays you make as either a contrarian play, or a play supported by analysis, it would clearly help. an example-
a couple of days ago, you took milw over wash in an early game and your analysis was simply because too many people were looking to make an easy buck on the early game. I took this as a contrarian type of play and laid off. I also laid off the reds tt bet yesterday because your analysis included 'hold your nose on this one'. that usually does not instill to much confidence in the wager.
I understand your 'for fun' angle. nothing wrong with that. it's that sometimes people tail under the impression that there is some handicapping going on. if you could make a distinction between the two types of plays, it would greatly help.

Posting and/or following are both free choices. Weebs does all he can and remains honest with both his record and the fact that he doesn't play a lot of money on his games. You can ask no more of anyone. There are plenty of BS threads on the board if you want to be lied to. As far as I am concerned I know I can trust Weebs and even in a tough year his opinion is one of value. Stick around Weebs, keep doing what you do and being honest about it. JMHO

I don't think you are going to catch a ration of crap around here. The more honest cappers and readers are starting to tire of it and are speaking up when the good guys get bashed. The bashers are learning (at last!) that their opinion is neither wanted or valued.
