NASCAR Cup Series betting favorites

Kyle Larson

Kyle Larson is second in average finish (10.6) and average rating (98.3) through 11 races while pacing the pack in laps led (596). His victory at Homestead-Miami and dominant triumph at Bristol make it clear that he'll be a threat in the postseason.

He had a series-high six wins in 2024 but his "checkers or wreckers" results doomed him to a premature exit in the Round of 8.

Christopher Bell

Christopher Bell is a solid fourth in average finish (12.0) and fifth in average rating (90.4) while having 139 laps led under his belt. After beginning the year on a tear with three wins in four races, Bell has gathered only two additional Top 5s.

He led the second-most laps while taking home three race victories in 2024, but that campaign will most likely be remembered for the "wall ride" at Martinsville that got him DQ'd from participating in the Championship 4.

Denny Hamlin

Denny Hamlin sits fifth in average finish (13.3) and seventh in average rating (88.6), and is the only driver aside from Larson and Bell to take multiple checkered flags thus far in 2025.

He was second to his teammate Bell at Phoenix, the site of this year's Championship Race.
