Ryan Blaney's Cup Series Championship is in the rearview, and sportsbooks are tabbing him to pick up where he left off with a potential season-opening win for Monday's Daytona 500 odds.

Favorites to win the Daytona 500
Denny Hamlin (+800 to +1,100)
A three-time Daytona 500 champ, Hamlin's a prolific superspeedway driver who went on a tear over last season's second half, only to fall just short of the Championship 4.
After getting off to relatively slow starts each of the past two seasons, the veteran will be hungry to put points on the board early, and he's seen the market move slightly in his favor since opening at +1,200 two months ago.
Joey Logano (+900 to +1,000)
Former Cup Series champ Logano shot to the top of the odds boards at most books after taking the pole for Monday's Daytona 500.
He was runner-up in last year's 500, while taking fifth in the fall race as well.
But those results look more like outliers when plotted against the rest of his superspeedway results, with last season's results at Talladega and Atlanta mirroring a general trend of middling results over the past few seasons on the higher-variance tracks.

Brad Keselowski (+1,000 to +1,200)
Keselowski not only strung together a slew of Top-10 finishes down the stretch of the 2023 season, but is a strong driver on these tracks, who won at Daytona back in 2016 and posted Top-5 finishes in all but one SSW race last season.
Brad bounced back after a fairly dismal 2022, posting almost three times as many Top-10 finishes in 2023. While he hasn't won a race since 2021, he's definitely getting better results from his RFK ride, and he'll always be a threat on a superspeedway.
Ryan Blaney (+1,100 to +1,200)
Blaney will definitely be one to watch when the 2024 NASCAR season kicks off.
Not only, obviously, as the defending Cup Series champ, but as a strong superspeedway driver, who has a buffet of Top-10 finishes in the 500 — including two runner-ups — and a Daytona win in fall 2021.
He finished 2023 absolutely on fire with results of 1-12-6-2-1-2 to seal the title — he'll have every bit of confidence to feed off of.
