I don't understand why there is such a big hoopdeedoo over Dan Cathy expressing his values and biblical principles on gay marriage. If i was in his position i wouldn't publicly express my views toward a specific group of people if I thought my views would offend that group, but at the same time Chick-Fil-A does not discriminate against gays.So i don't see any reason to boycott a good business like Chick-Fil-A,they make a pretty good chicken sandwich. My Grand Daddy told me a long time ago,"Boy if you wear your feelings on the bottom of your shoes they will always get stepped on"

I agree of their rights per se.
With that being said, when the issue is one of reducing a tax base by way of donations, there must be a reasonable line, no?
I mean, purely from a techinical standpoint, a group could qualify under 501(c)(3) as a non-profit, yet be an Al Qaeda sympathizer.
But in this case, there is the right to express and the right to organize and protest, provided no one is harmed.
