I'm actually learning towards A&M fellas. Even though Manziel's injury raises some questions, Vandy is starting a RS Fresh on the road and their D has been awful as well. My take is A&M gets a good lead and takes a ton of pressure off their young D to blow away an overrated Vandy squad here.

That awful Vandy D held an explosive Georgia offense to 221 TOTAL yards last week. They are 8th of 14 in the SEC in scoring def and 5th in total yds allowed. A&M is dead last in both main categories. That pitiful Aggie defense can't create enough space for the offense to cover 17.5 with a decent Vandy def.
All over Vandy here even with Redshirt QB. Guy is completing 65% passes on the year in limited play, not bad. Played just as effective in relief last week of starter Austin C-S. Even ran in a TD to start the 4th Qtr. 17-0 run to steal the win. Looks like the team responded to him well...also completed 60% in 15 throws. On the year he has 2 rushing TD's in a small amount of play time, so may add more of a run threat here.
A&M should move the ball and score well as the Vandy rush def is their weakness, although not awful...160 ypg to Aggies' 226. Vandy should score plenty also against the A&M hot butter def. One last thing, A&M not daunting at home, lost 2 there already this year. Dropped a game or more each year before for a while.

Vandy +17.5
Vandy did slow down Georgia last week, but considering the Dawgs were missing their top two running backs and top three receivers, they are not the same explosive offense that began the season torching defenses.
I like your reasoning echelon1 and best of luck today, but Vandy is fools gold and they get destroyed in College Station.

You may have missed the part that the played the Junior Varsity last week, 4th, 5th, and 6th string players (a few walk-ons too) so be careful how much you think about the Vandy defense. Not to mention two blown targeting calls helped Vandy drives that were otherwise stopped, and a blocked punt. The real story here is the bad A&M defense, can it hold Vandy to under 21? If it does, I think A&M will cover but it is hard to bet on the worst defense in the SEC who has stopped no one all year. Slight lean to A&M as it looks like Johnny Cash will play, small bet....one unit.
