Air Force's triple option is WAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYYY to much for UH to even contemplate let alone defend. They're power ranked 2nd in the nation in rushing and UH ranked 108th in rush defense. That spells HUGE disaster for UH.
Air Force is gonna have a field day on the ground against UH. Also this is another UH is going away from home yet once again so they're gonna be fricken horrible.
Air Force is bad at covering the ground game but then again UH can't run or pass for shit. Air Force is good at covering the pass so it's a no-win situation for UH.
Air Force for the HUGE COVER! They'll cover at half time and roll all over UH, literally and figuratively.
Until UH can cover another spread, I'll put all my money against them! Love the fact that die hard UH fans put so much money on UH and it moves the line in my favor almost every week. PLEASE KEEP IT UP!

Oh BTW, last game against Boise the ONLY score from UH was on special teams. They returned a punt for a TD. Their offense and defense is literally FUCKED! Hahahahaha

I couldnt agree more. I crushed that boise game saturday & i cant wait to start this week off with a nice win. UH will still be sore from the physical beating boise laid on them. a short week for UH on the road. this is a load up situation for me!

Air Force is the play. this is easy money. UH took a physical beating last week. they cant stop the run, & on a short week with a friday game. even shorter week considering its Hawaii. they get to play air force on national tv the week of veterans day. haha u kidding me? like i said load up fellas

Hawaii just announced today (Monday night) they are going to change QB's. Hawaii will start Jeremy Higgins. I doubt Hawaii wins this game with the qb change however Higgins will provide more offense to Hawaii.

Grab the points aiforce will turn the ball over they suck and they can't stop the pass
.
Are you a fucking retard? Don't misinform the public jackass! Air Force is power ranked 16th out of 123 schools, a big fat 16TH
in the nation AGAINST the pass.
Where the fuck do you get your stats from? Hawaii can't run the ball for shit, even with a new QB they won't be able to pass much because their receivers SUCK along with the new QB's and their immaturity in the game. They'll get better next year for sure but it's not gonna start with this game.
Hawaii's morale is already CRUSHED knowing that they are the 2nd WORST in the nation only after Massachusetts which came from Div 2. Also this is a ROAD GAME which UH is NOTORIOUS for sucking on the road with the exception of their undefeated year but then they got lucky that year on a couple of those games.
Air Force runs a sick ass triple option which focuses on the run. 2nd in the nation in rushing yard which Hawaii can't defend for shit. Did you SEE what happened when UH came up against teams that ran the ball all over their asses? They got ass raped like no one's business.
Air Force will be the most powerful rushing team they've faced this year. You think it get's any better for them? What makes you think they'll defend the run or pass any better this week?
Don't think so. Yes, Air Force doesn't have any hopes of a bowl game most likely but doesn't mean they won't take it out on UH this Friday in the national lime light.
Lay the chalk folks. UH didn't even score ONE offensive TD last week. That's pretty bad.

Oh yeah, don't forget to take the half too which I will be doing for sure. It should land somewhere around 14pts which will be easy since UH, even if they can score anything, won't be able to keep up with Air Force's potent offensive scoring.

Being a hawaii native I agree that UH sucks! It is truly horrible watching our team get smashed week in and week out! But be careful this week for Jeremy Higgins was the starting QB at Saint Louis high school. And for those of you who don't understand what that means Higgins back up QB in high school was Marcus Mariota (Oregon QB). Higgins and Mariota have the same football style. Both can pass and scramble out of the pocket. However, I don't expect us to win, UH could get that back door cover.

Hawaii 7 - Boise State 7 Mike Edwards 100 yd. kickoff return (Tyler Hadden kick)
4th Quarter - 5:35
Hawaii 14 - Boise State 49 John Lister 1 yd. run (Tyler Hadden kick)
Someones not getting there facts straight!
UH almost had that backdoor cover @ +31.....
Have you ever heard this part of a popular song? "Almost doesn't count". I don't care if they covered by 0.5 or 500 points. The point is that THEY COVERED.
I saw the Boise St. game and it's a fucking joke. Also you CAN'T count on a punt return for TD every game. There has only been 3 so far this year. Not one EVERY game. You know how easy it is to solve that problem? Kick the fucking ball out of the end zone.
Are you seriously comparing Higgins to Mariota? I don't care if they slept in the same bed while at St. Louis. That doesn't mean they're from the same mold. VERY FAR FROM IT! IF he was so good, then why the hell did he lose the starting job to their shitty QB Schroeder? You think Oregon's coach just handed Mariota the ball just because he came from St. Louis? I DON' T THINK SO! He earned his spot just like 99% of players on most football teams and beat out his upper classmen. So now Chow has to replace a shitty QB with a shittier QB that couldn't win the starting role at the beginning of the year and pray he does something worthwhile in this game.
Have to seen the stats for every team that's played against UH this year? They have ALL run the ball much more than they normally average in almost any other game they've played. UH's defensive line sucks ass and is as porous as swiss cheese.
Jeremy Higgins? Who's that? Oh the guy that went to Utah State, played for a couple of games then left for UH? Let me remind you of his QB prowess when he was at Utah State. He played 2 games, completed 4 of 6 passes for 22 yards and 1 interception. Sounds just like Mariota's style right? I guess he couldn't cut it there so he left to take a backup role to a whole new UH system that is in it's absolute infancy. Just to let you know, he was a 3RD string QB in Utah State's lineup. He couldn't win a starting job there either. I guess UH will have to rely on his "skills" to help them dig themselves out of the hole.
Also you're telling me that a guy who hasn't started in a game since 2010 is gonna help them cover this week? I guess a short week is enough to get him ready to play against a division 1 team mistake free and at the top of his game.
Yes, UH will lose. Most likely they'll score some. No it won't be enough to cover the spread.
That's my facts about Higgins that's public knowledge. Not just my opinion.

You know the Warriors are doing really bad when the local news features and talks about Manti Te'o more than they do about Warriors.
The only replay game I see on TV at least twice a week is the Warriors versus Lamar...Only because Hawaii won.The only game they won this season was basically the same caliber as a high school team.
Hopefully things get better next season for the Warriors.

Here some facts for you using what you said! I agree Higgins is no Mariota by far. However, what I said and I quote "Higgins and Mariota have the same football style. Both can pass and scramble out of the pocket!" In no way shape or form did I compare the 2 QB's towards stats, winning records, or who has the better team and the better QB! So please before you pump up your chest any larger, RELAX!
Also I agree with you that UH will lose. However, and I'll qoute you " Yes, UH will lose. Most likely they'll score some."
So here's something to consider, UH scored 2 TD's against Boise St. who is a much more tougher team than Air Force. Jeremy Higgins will sustain the ball more on offense with more possessions than Schroeder did with a lot of 3 and outs. Case and point, would mean less possessions for an Air Force team that loves to ground and pound and run the clock. Now, if UH does put up at least 14 points, that would mean Air Force would need to put up over 39 points just to cover! Air Force is not a high scoring team and they don't average nearly 40 points a game. Plus this season alone Air Force only went over the 40 point plateau twice this season against Nevada and Colorado St. It'll be close but UH could still get that back door cover!!!

Well said and I agree with you on all points. Don't worry, not upset at you or anything, just know UH all too well this year. Boise St's overall defense is better than Air Force but remember, it's not hard to defend a running QB when your run a triple option yourself which requires a running QB that can think fast on his feet.
Maybe it'll be close, but I think it won't be. UH gives up a lot of points in the 1st half of games and adjusts during the second half and doesn't give up as many. If you're worried about them backdoor covering against Air Force then the 1st half should be money.
True Air Force doesn't score a ton of points in a game, but against UH they'll probably score the most. So far this year they scored 48pts in any Div I game. If UH only scores 14 points, and Air Force scores 48 points which I think they easily will, then they will still cover by 11.5. I don't think UH will be able to score more than 21 points so that will still leave a margin of 4.5 points. Yeah it's not a lot but it covers regardless.
UH makes every division one team look like superstars this year as sad as it is to say. Air Force won't be any different. If it was here at UH, I'd honestly have to seriously consider taking them, but it's not so there's not a bone in my body that is telling me otherwise.
Either way you go, GL! Just sharing the facts with my opinion.

Also 8 games so far this year they gave up over 41 points. Only exception is New Mexico and that was at UH. Only reason why UH scored so much in that game is because New Mexico's defense is kinda crappy, much more so than Air Force's. Even then they scored 35 points. Sure they're 5th in rushing which Air Force is 2nd, but they're also 78th in scoring while Air Force is 49th. Definitely a tad bit better for sure so I don't see why 40+ points would be an issue at home.

Thanks for all of your insightful comments about UH. It's good to have someone who is local and can keep it up with the "inside" view on a team. Since UH is so bad, there is not much press circulating. I watched BYU beat the shit out of UH about 6 weeks ago on ESPN. I took the Over on that game and lost $1,500 after seeing everyone's votes on covers.com. I lost that bet by a fucking 2 points. I was scared to lay 28 points. After watching the game, I've discovered how shitty UH was and started to fade them every week from then on. I've recovered the money I've lost and won a shit load of money by fading them since. Every week, I am apprehensive about laying the points. Then I'd read your comments and just basically lay the points....so thanks a lot dude. fading UH and putting money on Oregon has got me up > $40K this season already. I am not stopping anytime soon either.
I was trying to break $50K+ last saturday....I went all in on Oregon 1H -18 AND the over 36. That was not a good day. I lost about $13K on that game alone, but recovered by betting a couple parlays on the OVER NE/Buff and ATL/NO game. UH, Idaho, Colorado are dream teams to fade. Oregon is the fucking dream team to put money one. Anyhow, there are only a few more UH games left in the season. UNLV sucks balls and S Alabama is even worse. It will be interesting to see what the spread will be for the next couple of weeks.

look-a look-a here. Again, a case of an anticipated game...lots of run-up to it, lots of energy spent by the home team w/ a lot of non-football bs during the week, AF won't cover. Not gonna happen.

I looked through it. It has a bunch of mumbo jumbo. There is not much I can tell to not side with AF. Yea AF has a sucky ATS record, but who cares. HI is at the bottom of the barrel. If they are not prepared to stop the triple option, then it could be a long days for them. Look at what GT did to UNC last saturday.
Wanna bet. I'll take AF 1H? The points haven't been published yet, but whatever it is I'll lay the points for the 1H.
