have come out on the '+' side 7 of last 8 days and with europa being the toughest of any comp to cap im leery of getting taken to the cleaners today.
Europa:
Plzen/Sporting over 2.5 @-114 - between Plzen & Salzburg i get the feeling the Czech are the more overlooked club. they play in a weak league but at home they are a much different club. with a 2-0 advantage from 1st leg Sporting has a cushion but dont believe they will park the bus the entire match. somewhat suprised Plzen is at these prices considering their opponent ran with Juve & Barca this year. but should see a lot of chances in this one.
Dortmund to win @+130, to advance @+175 - still think Germans are the better team; though they lost last week 1-2 ya dont hold a 65-35% possession advantage + corners if the quality isnt there. i think they return the favor tonight by winning; and advancing is a strong chance too. these guys didnt go int Bergamo on a cold, dreary, rainy, cr*p field and score a LATE equalizer to advance vs Atalanta just to roll over the following round.
Warning!!! i am 1-15 in matches involving Arse this year. if theres a spot to fade the living daylights out of me... here you go.
Milan to win @+330 - put my reasonings in other thread. expecting a much better performance from them today, probably wont advance and ill be unable to hedge that 1200 future i had on them. but at these prices vs an opponent not caring to win. ill take my chances.
Kiev/Lazio first half over 1.5 @+150 - spent more time on the Kiev side of the equation for this match. seems as if this club doesnt know how to park a bus, especially at home. dont be fooled by Lazios scoring of late, these guys still struggling mightily; pulled a draw out of their a**es last wknd with Immobiles "once-in-a-lifetime" back heel flick 25 yards away in the 93rd minute and an own goal. but there should be plenty of chances from the onset here.
Copa Lib:
Strongest(Bol)/Penarol(Uru) - the 'tried & true' system. here we are looking at an Uruguayan side whom are right AT sea level; fly north to play on top of a mountain 12,000 feet up there. this club was totally destroyed by Wilstermann (Bolivia) 6-2 last year @8000 feet in the air running out of gas the final 15 minutes conceding 3 goals. Strongest, after a slow start, are back to their old ways; at home they are just tough to beat. last season they drew with Brazil & Argentine powers Santos & Lanus here, everyone else they throttled. they havent lost a Copa match at home in like 5 years (18 matches) with the only times dropping pts was vs elite Arg/Bra clubs.

yoro, GLAD that's over with (laughing). ill eat my losses today, no big deal. but yeah, it was brutal stuff to watch ehh? i've had PLENTY of bad days &I usually dont rant about losses, but today was SPECIAL. I dont even know where to start... :
1) a Simeone-led team (Atletico) bangs in FIVE goals on the road in the 2nd leg...... you kidding me???? (that should have set the warning light flickering as to how the rest of this evening would go --- blame it on faulty wiring in my melon)
2) Lazio missed a sitter in 1st half to keep it at one (there we go, things are just getting 'warmed up')
2) Sporting misses a late 93rd min PK to ruin an over? and THEN bang one home right after the re-start for a healthy "up-yours Spec" announcement.
3) Dortmund looked like they were in pre-season mode just starting to get to know each other. how many odd-man rushes does one team need to score anyways?
4) you catch Donnarummas GIFT to Arsenal? when u dive to ur left sherlock, make sure the ball goes in the direction ur diving. and this is the guy Italy big-wigs are labelling 'Gigi's Heir apparent'. (hint hint) we/Italy is in trouble buddy. speaking of diving, Welbeck should win an award for that flop which would make Neymar PROUD in the penalty area.
5) CSKA scores 3 in Lyon??? ..... they only had 3 shots on goal the entire match.
1-16 with Arse.... this is truly, truly, truly becoming something SPECIAL for me.
Europa...............
THE END
(yes, im annoyed) sort of.
makes me wanted to hammer the Copa Lib but i didnt get to be where i am by chasing losses.

Shake it off brother, you're a good capper and I've come to the realization that there is no rhyme or reason to Europa. It's pure madness and I got sick of it. Best of luck on the future, hope you get to at least hedge, but I hope real wins ;)
