of all things of everyday life, i agree with a good tip when there is good service. if it is bar, resturaunt, salon...etc
also within a casino i would do a side bet every now and then for the blackjack/carribean stud dealer
my case today is out of control. i booked an apt at a salon for me and my wife for seperate massage while staying on the gulf for the week. same masseuse for the both of us, i went first 30mins back/shoulder and hers was pre-natal 50mins. after both services i tipped masseuse cash tip before going to charge it to credit card. on credit card reciept i put nothing on the tip line and total line was the total charge. usually i put a line thought tip or write cash. but i had a brain fart today. i just checked my bank statement and those SOB's charged me 20% on top of the cash tip i threw her way. the salon even states on their website....Gratuity is not included with our Treatment and Salon cost, however, is greatly appreciated.
realizing now i shorted her on a good job...just 13% it kinda pisses me off they just added 20% on top of my cheap 13%. so i cant decide to let it go or break some balls.
what would deserve a 33% tip?
