Agree to disagree Jimmy. Hope you have a good season.
Yes, I think that's where we stand. I hope you have a fantastic season as well!!!

Dude what happen in the '80s will have no bearing on the outcome of Auburn's September 1st game against Clemson.
Auburn has no experience running a pro-style offense nor do they have the personnel on campus to run a pro style offense. This is the exact same situation the 2011 Florida Gators found themselve in last season, and we know how ugly that turned out to be.
I linked Loeffler's August 8th press conference in post #46 where Loeffler echoed everything I'm saying. I didn't fabricate anything. I used his direct quotes. You keep taking about all this experience Auburn is bringing to the table, and Auburn's own coaches are saying the exact opposite. Right now, with Sullen and Mack out, here's what Auburn's experienced offense line is shaping up to look like against Clemson.
LT - Greg Robinson, RS Freshman
LG - Chad Slade, Sophomore
C - Reese Dismukes, Sophomore
RG - Christian Westerman, RS Freshman
RT - Patrick Miller or Avery Young, both true freshman
These are the guys who are going to be blocking for the 170 lbs running back Loeffler is about to slam between the tackles. I mean really. Are you seriously contemplating betting your hard earned money on this???
I have no beef with you, but I really think you ought to pay closer attention to what's going on with the team you are about to wager money on. When you come on here and starting boosting an Elite 11 QB that has been kicked off the team for well over a month, quite frankly it looks like you have no clue what you are talking about.
As I have previously stated, I have absolutely no problem betting on Auburn if I believe that is the winning side of the bet. After Auburn beat Alabama in Tuscaloosa, I bet on them in their final two games of the season, and actually "Max Bet" them against Oregon. I'm not really interested in all the puerilities of an Alabama/Auburn rivalry. I'm interested in one thing - turning a profit.
If it turns out that I'm on the wrong side of this wager, guess what, it won't be the first time, nor will it be the last. But based on what I know about this game, and I have research it extensively, I don't believe Auburn will cover. In fact, I don't really think they will be anywhere close to covering.
Best of luck on all of your other wagers!!!

A little bit of good news for Auburn. John Sullen is back at left guard. His injury was and still is a mystery as was his staus for the Clemson game. That'll definitely give them a boost on the offensive line.

Honestly I think QB is Auburn's biggest concern, but yeah, I'm definitely ready for some football!!!

At this point I don't think there is any doubt that Fraizer will be the starter. Because of his lingering shoulder issues Mosley has essentially been relegated to watching the other 2 QBs throughout camp. Maybe Fraizer developes into a legitimate SEC QB, but I certainly wouldn't expect much from him early in the season.
Bama could very well lose two games. NASA may also find intelligent life on Mars, but I wouldn't bet on either.

@oakster..u have lost all credibility..If u saw Malzahn at 1 Auburn practice u would be embarraessed for saying Malzahn is the real head coach. Moreover,if u met the guy u would realize just how absurd rhat is..he virtually has NO personality..his razzle dazzle is old.He is an off coord not a head coach..
