Then take the WAC, Mountain West, ACC (this year), Big East (this year) out of the D1 and make it 4 fucking conferences. You wanna feast of these little shcools and try to make them feel like they are a part of the larger fraternity but when they succeed with what's put in front of them you cut them off at the knee. Let me tell you something, if Boise hadn't ran the fuckin table last year with virtually the same fuckin team I wouldn't be having this arguement. How many times does a program need to prove itself worthy before getting a shot. They were a top 5 team preseason, all 4 of the other teams lost (everyone but Ohio St more than once). Somebody must of thought they were pretty fuckin good and all they have done is won since and now everyone else is better than them because they played a few harder teams. Complete bullshit. In my opinion you need to run the table in college football. If everyone has a loss then yes, the best conferences top teams should represent. A one loss SEC team as the national champion over a Boise state team with 24+ straight wins is a travesty.
Move to a BCS conference and they prove themselves

I'd like to rescind my asshole comment from the previous post. You are obviously a smart dude with a great sense of humor. If you look back to about page 8 you will see a $10K standing bet with someone else. If he backs out, you are 2nd up for my action. Boise St against anyone in the country this post season.

Only BCS conference that makes sense is the PAC10 and you have to be a research school to get in. Boise was a community college until 1974 and didn't become D1 until the early to mid 80s. Boise St becoming a BCS conference team is like Linsey Lohan becoming president. Just not in their DNA.

No. I didnt say they had a better chance at the title game, just a BCS game in general. If things stay the way they are Boise wont get an at large bid.
LSU v. TCU/Boise in New Orleans.
Have fun brother, and dont be so serious all the time. Gambling takes enough years off your life already.

Did you really need to create an alias to post this. I'm not sure what it even has to do with the thread. But if I can find the latest link to Bama chasing Reuban Randle on his 75 yards TD I will.
I like what Petersen is doing also but its the WAC.
Dan Hawkins 53-11 (37-3), 4 conference championships in 5 seasons @ Boise. 19-39 (10-27) in 4 1/2 seasons @ Colorado.
Chris Peteren 49-4 (31-1), 3 conference championships in 4 seasons @ Boise.
