I have come across a very odd sitatuation and would appreciate some input. I had a handful of bets between MLB and NBA games yesterday. Long story shot, I ended up winning a couple bets and then lost it all in the late NBA games (~$250 in total). I log into my account this morning and i have a -$77.85 balance on my account. It turns out that they marked one of my losses as a win. I had no idea that this had happened because I had so many active bets going and I guess I ended up rebetting the "mismarked" funds.
Now my questions is...How can I owe money to my book if they marked the outcome wrong on their end and ended up giving their money back to them via another losing bet. At the end of the day, they got all of their money back from the error that they made. How can I still owe them money? Now if I withdrew the funds form my account that would be another story, but the fact that the funds are back in their pocket should negate the entire situation. I just sent an email to their customer service reps asking for an explination.
Is my logic off or do I still owe them $$? Any input appreciated.

Probably a pitching change on a totals bet or something this is not an ACTION bet that you were not aware of and it was a "no bet", so you got money back you would have lost. Happens all the time.

The results are in and the book settled it the way I was hoping.
"We're sorry for any confusion in regards to your account. Your wager was initially settled as a win, but was then resettled correctly as a loss. As such, the winnings were removed from the account. That being said, we've gone ahead and adjusted your balance back to $0.
